Gypsyville: Roof Top Flea Market (FAQ for Stalls)

 
What is Gypsyville?  

Gypsyville is a roof top flea market, which aim to promote new talent. There will be live band performances, and stalls by creative entrepreneurs and innovative products.

· When is Gypsyville? 

Saturday,26th Septembercfrom 4pm onwards. Event should wrap up by 10 pm.

· Where is Gypsyville?

Centrally located, Gyspville is hosted by The Caravan, a beautiful open air roof top lounge.
It's located on Emami Market, Lord Sinha Road, 4th Floor.
Nearest Metro : Rabindra Sadan
Nearest Bus Stop : Exide
Land Mark: Opposite Shi Shikshayatan 

· How do I get a stall?

Just send an email at roshni_ali@live.in with the following details:

· Details about yourself (Age, Educational Background, Current Job etc)

· Details about the Brand (How old? Where is it based? Where are products made...etc)

· Facebook Page of Brand

· Range of Products (Cost of lowest and highest product)

I shall revert with cost of your stall.

· What's the expected footfall?

Our First Gypsyville had 300+ people attending. This aims to have 300 plus.

· What is the Target Audience of this event?

This is a youth oriented event. Age group will be 16 years to about 27 year old. The ratio of men and woman is to be the same. Lots of students from school and college around the vicinity. 

· What promotion will my stall receive? 

Your product will be promoted on The Let's Laser Tag page which has 13,000 followers. Also, on The Caravan page with 3000 followers. Every few days your product will feature on the Gypsyville event Page. Expected reach in total 5000+ people.
Posters can be placed inside the event for free. (A3 Size). Apart from that a standee will cost Rs 500 per standee. If electric point needed, please get in touch before hand.

· What do you expect out of my stall?

We will expect you to share the event on your Facebook Page. Create the buzz by sharing interesting posts related to the event. Keeping the energy soaring through out the event. 

· Can I sell food?

No only the food from The Caravan will be sold. 

· Anything else I need to know?

Gypsyville will be a great place for PR and promoting your brand. It will receive the right attention in the city. Our stall rates are reasonable as we want to promote young entrepreneurs just like you!
